Privacy and delivery

Your data is not stored on the website. The final submission only happens after you confirm the GDPR consent; then it generates a PDF, emails it to HR, emails you a PDF copy that includes the signed declaration, and lets you download a copy.

What happens next?

1.HR receives the summary, the PDF (including the consent declaration), and the attachments at people@alongside.team.
2.You receive a PDF copy with the signed declaration at the personal email you provide, and you can download the same PDF at the end.
3.The internal team completes the entity-only fields afterwards.
